  • Saving careers through courageous conversations

DAY 2: THE SUPERVISOR’S ROLE IN DEVELOPING AND LEADING SUCCESSFUL EMPLOYEES

  • Motivating through consequences - using all of them

  • Improving employee success by increasing expectancy

  • Creating an environment of procedural justice for employees

  • Keeping good people good through socialization

  • Developing and coaching various followership styles

DAY 3: THE LEADER’S ROLE IN CREATING AND MAINTAINING AN ETHICAL CULTURE

  • Developing the characteristics of admired leaders

  • Building leadership credibility

  • Strategies for developing and maintaining an ethical culture

  • Identifying the major red flags for employee misconduct

  • Conducting ethical autopsies of employee misconduct to identify the root causes
