Developing and coaching various followership styles
DAY 3: THE LEADER’S ROLE IN CREATING AND MAINTAINING AN ETHICAL CULTURE
Developing the characteristics of admired leaders
Building leadership credibility
Strategies for developing and maintaining an ethical culture
Identifying the major red flags for employee misconduct
Conducting ethical autopsies of employee misconduct to identify the root causes
